Our company is seeking a highly skilled Senior AWS Glue Developer to join our team.

This role involves designing and implementing serverless and scalable data ingestion and transformation solutions using AWS services.

  • Design and implement serverless architectures using AWS services such as Glue, Lambda, and API Gateway to support data ingestion and transformation.
  • Migrate clients from traditional ETL approaches to ELT methodologies, aligning with Gartner's recommended approach on data transformation.
  • Implement metadata-driven integration designs and build rapid onboarding systems for new applications.
  • Introduce DataOps best practices by integrating DBT (Data Build Tool) with AWS Glue, enabling true data operations delivery.

Key Requirements:

  • Expertise in AWS Glue, Lambda, and API Gateway.
  • Familiarity with serverless architectures and cloud-based data engineering.
  • Experience with ELT methodologies and metadata-driven integration design.
  • Strong understanding of DataOps principles and DBT.
