Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans aligned with strategic objectives.

  • Provide actionable insights and trend analysis to senior leadership for informed decision-making.

  • Oversee the preparation and presentation of accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate business initiatives, investments, and cost optimization.

  • Implement and enhance financial modeling, planning tools, and processes for greater efficiency.

  • Monitor KPIs and develop dashboards to track financial and operational performance.

  • Evaluate and implement technologies to improve processes and efficiencies.


Qualifications

">

  • CA/MBA (Fin) or equivalent experience.

  • Deep expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.

  • Proven track record in strategic financial planning and team leadership.

  • Experience in high-growth or startup environments and ideally in manufacturing.

  • Strong record of driving process improvements in FP&A.


A Typical Day

  • Begin by reviewing key financial reports and dashboards, identifying trends and priority areas. Lead team meetings to set daily objectives, collaborate with department heads to guide strategic initiatives, and present insights to the executive team.

  • Mentor your FP&A team while driving continuous process improvements and ensuring financial accuracy and compliance.
