About Us:

We are seeking a seasoned Test Manager to lead our quality assurance strategy. With over 12 years of experience in quality engineering and test automation, the ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Java Selenium automation frameworks, strong understanding of BDD (Cucumber), build tools like Maven, test frameworks like TestNG, and experience in version control systems like Git.

The candidate will be responsible for defining and implementing QA strategy across projects, leading, mentoring, and managing a team of QA engineers (manual and automation), overseeing development and maintenance of test automation frameworks, and managing test planning, execution, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and implement QA strategy
  • Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers
  • Develop and maintain test automation frameworks
  • Manage test planning, execution, and reporting
  • Drive adoption of test automation in CI/CD pipelines
  • Collaborate with development and product teams
  • Ensure high-quality releases

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong testing and test management experience
  • Experience in preparing test strategy and plan
  • Skills in test estimations, scheduling, tracking, and reporting
  • Familiarity with functional testing (UI, API, DB)
  • Experience with test management tools (JIRA, Confluence)
  • Good knowledge of performance testing
