Job Overview

We seek a seasoned Quality Assurance Lead to drive excellence in software testing and quality assurance.

  • Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or related fields, and a minimum of 7 years of professional experience in Software Testing – Manual & Automation and Quality Assurance practice.
  • Experience working on Trade Finance platforms is highly desirable.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing Test Automation Frameworks using relevant code libraries.
  • A strong understanding of software requirements, test planning, and execution is essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop complex test data sets for thorough testing.
  • Prepare test plans, test scenarios, test cases, and test scripts, adhering to Quality Assurance best practices.
  • Execute tests (manual / automated) and report defects, analyzing test results and tracking software testing metrics.
  • Collaborate with product developers, direct manager, and engineering peers to develop correct solutions.
  • Responsible for Quality Checks and adhering to Service Level Agreements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or related fields.
  • Minimum 7 years of professional experience in Software Testing – Manual & Automation and Quality Assurance practice.
  • Strong expertise in Functional and Non-Functional testing.
  • Ability to design and develop Test Automation Frameworks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
