DFT Architectural Specialist

  • Design and implement DFT architecture for ASIC/SoC designs to ensure robust testability and debuggability.
  • Collaborate with RTL, physical design, and ATE teams to develop and validate test patterns using ATPG tools for stuck-at, transition, and path delay faults.
  • Perform fault simulation and coverage analysis to optimize test quality and reduce test time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain DFT architectures that meet industry standards and best practices.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve test-related issues during silicon bring-up and production testing.
  • Collaborate with designers to ensure seamless integration of DFT features into the design flow.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in DFT architecture and implementation for ASIC/SoC designs.
  • Strong understanding of digital circuit design principles and test methodologies.
