Technical Leadership Opportunity

As a Tech Lead, you will oversee the development of cutting-edge mobile applications and lead a remote team of engineers. You will be responsible for the technical direction of our mobile products and ensure that they are scalable and meet the needs of our customers.

This role offers the opportunity to drive architectural solutions, collaborate with engineering leadership, and build and scale our mobile products. You will work closely with your team to deliver high-quality technical solutions and maintain oversight of their technical deliverables.

The ideal candidate has experience in mobile system design, demonstrates well-reasoned decision making, and is comfortable writing production code. Experience with payment or mobile banking solutions is a plus.

As a player-coach, you will champion modern development practices, including the adoption of technical practices and the active use of LLMs within your team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain oversight of your team's technical deliverables and ensure that they meet quality standards
