Operational Project Management Specialist

Job Overview:

The Operational Project Management Specialist is responsible for managing the operational aspects of projects, ensuring smooth execution and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the delivery team to identify new demands and handle project execution-related operational matters, including invoicing, contract renewals, SOW & pricing exercises for new deals/amendments, timesheet management, HWF/TWF/WF management.
  • Coordinate with the talent acquisition team to facilitate recruitment and hiring of new employees.
  • Track and maintain high-level dashboards with accuracy.
  • Chair semi-weekly/weekly calls with stakeholders and publish meeting minutes and status reports.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all operations-related inquiries, issues, and concerns.
  • Drive and support business decisions and compliance.
  • Develop and implement new processes and procedures to improve operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate effectively with others.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
  • Bachelor's degree preferred with 1-3 years experience in PMO.
  • Experience working with IT services companies required.
