Project Management Professional

We are seeking a seasoned Project Management Professional to oversee the delivery of high-profile projects.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, be proactive in their approach, and have a strong ability to communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate project activities to ensure seamless execution and effective communication among team members, stakeholders, and clients.
  • Track project schedules, deadlines, and deliverables to guarantee timely completion.
  • Maintain project documentation, such as project plans, progress reports, and meeting minutes.
  • Assist in resource allocation to ensure team members have necessary tools and information.
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies under guidance from senior project managers.
  • Monitor project activities to ensure work meets established standards and client requirements.

Operational Support:

  • Support process improvements and workflow optimization.
  • Coordinate and track budgets, invoices, and expense reports.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and HR-related tasks as needed.
  • Ensure office operations run smoothly by handling administrative duties.

Requirements:

  • Education: B.Tech in Computer Science or IT or related field.
  • Experience: 2-5 years in project management or similar role.
