Job Title: Senior Voice Engineer

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Voice Engineer to support our customers with complex voice solutions.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in supporting and troubleshooting Cisco UCCE, UCCX, PCCE, and 3rd party call recording platforms.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Supporting Expertise on Cisco UCCE/UCCX/PCCE Solutions & 3rd Party Call Recording Platforms.
  • Proficiency in Cisco ICM/CCMP/CVP/CUIC & Troubleshooting.
  • MACD Creation Knowledge in Cisco UCCE & IPT Platforms.
  • A Deep Understanding of VOIP Protocols like SIP, H.323, and MGCP.
  • A Clear Understanding of Cisco Voice Network Deployment Models and the Functioning of Voice Network Devices.
  • Knowledge and Use of VOIP and Performance Management Tools and Integration Experience with Other Tools.
  • A Strong Understanding of Telecom Infrastructure Protocols like ISDN and Analog Signaling.
  • Ability to Work in a 24/7 Business Support Environment.
  • Experience on Cisco Voice Platforms.
  • Experience on CUCM/UCCE/UCCH/CVP Platforms.
  • Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills.
  • Collaboration with Third-Party Providers for Problem Resolution of Telecommunication Issues.
  • Performs Advanced Remote/On-Site Troubleshooting Activities Including System Design Issues, Upgrade Plans, Technical Product Documentation, Upgrades, and Site Coordination.
  • Serves as a Point of Contact for All Service Delivery Issues/Pending Work/Escalations.
  • Provides Team Support and Process Improvements Through Individual Contributions.
  • Maintains and Updates Knowledge Base and Documentation and Initiates and Implements Process Improvements.
  • Excellent Communication and Conversation Skills (Verbal and Written), Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills.
Requirements:
  • Cisco UCCE or PCCE Email and Voice Communication Skills.
  • Teamwork and Powerpoint Presentation/Preparation Skills.
  • Excel Analytics Skills.
