We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Weighbridge Service Technician to join our team. This is a full-time, permanent role that requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in the field.

As a Weighbridge Service Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate measurement of gross and tare weights of vehicles. This involves operating the weighbridge to measure the weight of vehicles, identifying and addressing any issues with the weighing system or processes, and maintaining accurate records of all weighing transactions.

The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with drivers and other stakeholders. You will also need to be proficient in operating weighbridge software or data entry systems and have basic computer skills.

In this role, you will be required to inspect weighbridge equipment for accuracy and functionality, perform routine cleaning, and report any malfunctions to the relevant department. You will also need to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, including traffic safety management and reporting.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of vehicle weighing operations and safety procedures. You will also need to be willing to learn new software and adapt to changing requirements and operational procedures.
