Job Description

The primary function of this role is to drive business growth by analyzing data and implementing strategic initiatives.

As a Growth Program Manager, you will be responsible for leading business data analysis across sales, marketing, and operations. This includes building dashboards in Excel/Google Sheets/BI tools to track website-to-sales conversions, pipeline velocity, and marketing ROI.

You will also partner with marketing to connect web traffic → lead gen → CRM → revenue attribution, and proactively surface insights and recommendations to improve revenue outcomes.

Additionally, you will conduct ongoing market research to identify new business opportunities, competitive trends, and white spaces. You will build mini-strategies for growth experiments (new geographies, verticals, or customer segments) and prepare concise reports & recommendations for leadership decision-making.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Data Analysis: Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets/BI tools, ability to build complex dashboards and perform data-driven decision making.
  • Business Acumen: Strong understanding of sales, marketing, and operations principles, ability to analyze business metrics and make informed decisions.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to present complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
  • Project Management: Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
