Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced IT professional with 10+ years of expertise in managing enterprise IT infrastructure, service availability, and operational excellence.

The role involves overseeing the performance of IT systems, monitoring their operations, ensuring compliance with governance frameworks, and driving efficiency through automation and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversaw IT infrastructure operations, including servers, networks, storage, and cloud environments.
  • Managed incident, problem, change, and event management processes in alignment with ITIL frameworks.
  • Utilized ITOM platforms to monitor and optimize system performance.
  • Ensured system availability, capacity planning, disaster recovery readiness, and business continuity.
  • Developed and implemented operational dashboards, KPIs, and compliance reports.
  • Automated recurring operational tasks to improve efficiency and reduce downtime.
  • Collaborated with security, applications, and business teams to ensure resilient IT services.
  • Conducted root cause analysis for critical incidents and implemented corrective actions.
  • Trained junior staff on ITOM practices, tools, and governance.

Requirements:

  1. 10+ years of experience in IT operations management.
  2. Strong knowledge of ITSM/ITOM platforms, cloud infrastructure operations, and IT governance standards.
  3. Mentoring and developing junior staff is a must.
