Automate with Excellence: Lead Test Engineer Opportunity

We're on the hunt for a highly skilled automation expert to spearhead our test automation endeavors. As a seasoned Automation Engineer, you'll craft and refine cutting-edge automation frameworks using Java, Selenium WebDriver, and BDD methodologies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks
  • Implement comprehensive test automation solutions across web applications, APIs, and databases
  • Lead code reviews, optimize existing automation scripts, and enforce best coding practices
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues independently
Quality Assurance & Testing
  • Execute functional and automated API testing using Rest Assured and other industry-standard tools
  • Perform data manipulation and validation across multiple formats
  • Conduct thorough database testing using SQL/MySQL with complex query optimization
Project & Process Management
  • Proactively communicate task status, completion updates, and resource requirements
  • Manage timesheet accuracy and support invoicing processes
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables meet quality standards
Mentorship & Team Development
  • Guide junior engineers in automation best practices and technical skills
  • Conduct knowledge transfer sessions and create technical documentation
Required Technical Skills
  • Programming: Java (10+ years' experience)
  • Automation Tools: Selenium WebDriver, Cucumber, TestNG, JUnit, Serenity
  • Build Tools: Maven
  • Version Control: Git
  • CI/CD: Jenkins pipeline configuration and management
Testing Expertise
  • API Testing: Rest Assured, Postman
  • Data Handling: JSON/XML parsing and manipulation
  • Database: SQL/MySQL query writing and optimization
