About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Physics professor to join our academic team at Innovartan. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of research and/or scholarly publications, with a minimum of five years of teaching experience at the university or college level.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teaching & Curriculum Development:
  • Develop and deliver engaging lectures, labs, assignments, and projects that stimulate students' interest and support varied learning needs.
  • Supervise student research projects and internships, providing guidance and support for students pursuing independent studies.
  • Research & Scholarship:
  • Conduct independent research in Physics, contributing to scholarly publications, conference presentations, and other forms of academic output.
  • Seek research funding and grants, collaborating on interdisciplinary projects within the institution or with external organizations.
  • Institutional & Community Engagement:
  • Participate in departmental meetings, curriculum reviews, and other academic committees to support program development and institutional goals.
  • Contribute to community outreach initiatives, such as public lectures, workshops, or collaborations with local schools.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of five years of teaching experience at the university or college level, with a strong track record of research and/or scholarly publications.
  • Skills and Competencies:
  • Proven expertise in a specialized area of Physics.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • A commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive academic environment.
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse student populations and faculty teams.
