Project Manager Job Summary

Job Description :

  • Lead the implementation of strategic procurement systems in the APAC region, ensuring successful delivery and alignment with project plans.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Coordinate the integration of Coupa with SAP and Oracle, maintaining milestones and deliverables on time.

  • Partner closely with Business Project Managers to drive projects forward, align priorities, and overcome blockers.

  • Enforce adherence to project governance standards and frameworks.

Stakeholder Engagement & Communication :

  • Serve as the primary IT point of contact for the project, liaising between internal resources, business stakeholders, and external vendors.

  • Provide weekly status updates via slide decks and/or verbal reports to senior stakeholders.

  • Escalate risks and issues appropriately and track them through to resolution.

Risk & Issue Management :

  • Own the RAID log for the IT portion of the project.

  • Ensure timely updates to the RAID log, proactively chasing owners for progress and accountability.

  • Drive resolution of issues through daily follow-ups and stakeholder coordination.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

  • Proven experience delivering enterprise-level IT projects globally, ideally within Procure-to-Pay or ERP integration domains.

  • Familiarity with Coupa, SAP, and Oracle systems and their integration points.

  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and escalation handling skills.

  • Experience working in a cross-functional, multicultural environment.

Work Schedule & Flexibility :

  • Primary working hours will be aligned with the EMEA time zone.

  • Flexibility to accommodate APAC timezones for key meetings and deliverables is preferred.
