Implementation Specialist – eQMS Solution

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Implementation Specialist to lead the deployment of our eQMS solution. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in implementing regulatory compliance solutions, particularly in the medical device and healthcare industries.

The successful candidate will work closely with clients to understand their specific needs and develop customized implementation plans. They will also provide training, support, and ongoing maintenance to ensure seamless integration of our eQMS solution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to deploy our eQMS solution
  • Develop and execute implementation plans tailored to client needs
  • Provide training and ongoing support to ensure smooth adoption
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of solutions
  • Gather customer feedback and contribute to product enhancements

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Clinical Engineering, Biotechnology, or equivalent
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in implementing regulatory compliance solutions
  • Knowledge of industry standards: ISO 13485, FDA 21 CFR Part 11, GxP, MDR
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
