Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Professional to join our team. This individual will be responsible for providing analytical support to business leaders, driving process improvements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial planning and analysis, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. They will also possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to communicate complex information effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

About the Role
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide analytical support to business leaders on key performance indicators, trend analysis, and variance analysis.
  • Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and identify opportunities for cost savings.
  • Analyze and interpret large datasets to identify trends and insights that can inform business strategy.
  • Communicate complex information effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders through reports, presentations, and dashboards.
Requirements
  • Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with a strong background in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with the ability to learn new software applications quickly.
