Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and analytical professional to join our team as a Financial Planning and Analysis Manager. This role will play a crucial part in driving business growth and improving financial performance.

The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills, strong knowledge of taxation and accounting standards, and experience with financial modeling and budgeting. They will be able to support cross-functional teams and business operations, automate processes, and enhance efficiency in financial reporting.

The successful candidate will be self-driven, willing to take initiative, and meet tight deadlines. They will also have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting process
  • Support business to recover inflation from clients
  • Support business to collect overdue and achievement of DSO (Days Sales Outstanding)
  • Benchmarking and preparing sales strategy to win new business
  • Preparing sensitivity analysis on new bids with expected deviation and impact of them on the financials
  • Preparation of Capex / Financing Model to derive Payback period / ROCE for new business
  • Willingness to automate processes and use of Excel in various reports
  • Knowledge of taxation & accounting standards
  • Solution-oriented & methodical approach
  • Willingness to work in multiple departments within finance
  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must
  • Self-driven and willing to stretch to meet deadlines
Preferred Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and analytical skills
  • Experience with financial modelling and budgeting
  • Understanding of taxation & accounting standards
  • Ability to support cross-functional teams and business operations
  • Ability to automate processes and enhance efficiency in financial reporting
