Key Account Sales Manager for Grid Tie Inverter

At Loom Solar Pvt. Ltd., we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Sales Manager to join our team. As a Key Account Sales Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our key customers in the Grid Tie Inverter segment.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share in the Grid Tie Inverter segment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and operations, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
- Develop and manage sales forecasts, pipeline, and performance metrics to drive business growth and profitability.
- 7-10 years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in the solar industry.
- Strong understanding of the Grid Tie Inverter segment and its key players.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
- Fluency in English and Hindi is a must.
