Key Role in Data Science

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to take on the position of Senior Data Scientist.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and lead the creation of innovative artificial intelligence initiatives aimed at enhancing patient health and wellness.
  • Collaborate with business leaders and customers to identify areas for improvement and design large-scale solutions.
  • Create technical architectures that enable the productization of machine-learning algorithms, positioning them for market success through strategic partnerships.
  • Analyze complex business problems and break them down into manageable machine learning challenges, designing effective solution workflows.
  • Integrate data science capabilities or algorithms into existing products and workflows.
Requirements:
  • Masters degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields (PhD preferred).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in data science, with a preference for those with healthcare experience.
  • Strong hands-on experience in Python, particularly in building enterprise applications.
  • Extensive knowledge of classical and modern natural language processing techniques, including experience with training or fine-tuning transformer architectures.
  • Understanding of advanced Large Language Model tuning techniques like PEFT, with a preference for LoRA and QLoRA.
  • Experience with General AI tools and techniques, including RAG, VectorDBs, and Agentic AI fundamentals.
  • Proficiency in LangChain or Crew.AI.
  • Hands-on experience with deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch and HuggingFace transformers.
  • Experience with ML platforms like Databricks, Azure ML, and Sagemaker.
