Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of 30+ members in QC, including the AMV team, for regular testing and method validation activities.
  • Provide support to the HOD with daily updates, commercial output, monthly sample status, training, and coordination with stakeholders.
  • Execute and approve QMS processes, identify root causes, and maintain lab compliance.
  • Design and execute analysis planning, data interpretation, and presentation to the HOD.
  • Be self-driven, make decisions, and be a good learner. Provide guidance to team members and monitor KPIs.
  • Lead all types of QC-AMV work in the absence of the HOD and participate in departmental improvement programs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams like QA, RA, R&D, and PMI to complete tasks.
  • Stay updated on industry developments and emerging trends to ensure competitiveness.

Qualifications and Pre-Requisites:

  • A Master's Degree or Bachelor's in Pharma is preferred.
  • Strong analytical knowledge and expertise in modern analytical instruments are essential.
  • A mix of work experience in QC, AMV, and AD departments is preferred.
  • Strong leadership skills, problem-solving skills, and organizational skills are necessary.
  • Knowledge of Chromeleon 7.2 and Sciex software is an added advantage.
  • Good working experience in GMP and USFDA/EU Audit faced is required.
  • The ability to achieve deliverable tasks with minimum support is essential.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
