Job Opportunity

We seek a skilled AI Developer to design, build, and integrate custom AI agents into our platform. The ideal candidate will leverage machine learning, NLP, and agent frameworks to create autonomous systems that automate complex staffing tasks and enhance platform intelligence.

The selected individual will work closely with our team to identify opportunities for AI-driven automation and implement seamless integrations of AI agents into our platform via APIs and microservices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deploy AI agents for resume parsing, dynamic candidate-job matching, predictive analytics, and recruitment workflow automation.
  • Implement NLP-driven agents to extract, classify, and analyze data from resumes, job descriptions, and communications.
  • Collaborate with product teams to optimize agent performance, scalability, and reliability within cloud environments.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in AI agent development.
  • Expertise in Python, ML frameworks (TensorFlow/PyTorch), and NLP libraries (spaCy, Hugging Face).
  • Platform integration experience: RESTful APIs, cloud services, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Familiarity with recruitment data tools and US staffing workflows.
