Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned IT professional to fill the role of Disaster Recovery Specialist. This critical position is responsible for ensuring the continuity and resilience of our organization's services and applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • The successful candidate will work collaboratively with technical teams to develop, implement, and maintain disaster recovery plans that meet internal standards and compliance requirements.
  • They will oversee the coordination of recovery efforts, document outcomes, and support risk mitigation initiatives to contribute to the overall stability of our IT environment.
  • Additionally, they will ensure that application DR plans are properly documented, scheduled, and tested.
  • As a liaison, they will facilitate auditing and examination of disaster recovery processes.
  • Furthermore, they will ensure adherence to established standards for IT Service Continuity Management.

The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in disaster recovery and a strong understanding of IT infrastructure and applications.

Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in IT disaster recovery, IT operations, or application management.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure and applications, including their interdependencies.
  • Excellent planning, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
