AEM Developer Position

Job Role: AEM / Adobe Target Specialist

The primary role of this position is to design and develop cutting-edge digital experiences using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) with a focus on integrating AEM solutions with Adobe Target.

  • Develop and customize AEM components, templates, and workflows to meet web and digital experience requirements.
  • Configure and optimize AEM publishing processes and related functionalities.
  • Enhance AEM Assets configurations including metadata schemas, renditions, and custom workflows.
  • Integrate Adobe Target with AEM for personalization optimization and testing capabilities.
  • Collaborate with architects, UX teams, and marketing teams to align solutions with business needs.
  • Maintain high-quality code reusability and adherence to Adobe and industry best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in AEM 6.x / AEM as a Cloud Service.
  • Strong expertise in Adobe Target for personalization and experimentation.
  • Proficiency in Java, OSGi, Sling, JCR, and HTL (Sightly).
  • Experience with AEM Assets configuration and customization.
  • Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, React, and Angular.
  • Knowledge of Adobe Experience Cloud integrations (Analytics, Campaign, etc.).
