Finance and Accounting Professional

We are seeking a skilled Finance and Accounting professional to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for various tasks in the domain, including but not limited to:

  • Payment Processing:
    • Invoice processing and payment settlement
    • Vendor query resolution and employee expense management
    • Statement reconciliation and vendor clearing
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Hands-on working knowledge of SAP
  • Order to Cash:
    • Cash application and allocation
    • Credit management, credit insurance, and follow-up
    • Forecasting of cash flows and order approvals
    • Other monthly reporting tasks
  • Receivables to Revenue:
    • Journal entry processing and balance sheet reconciliation
    • Month-end tasks and reporting
    • Fixed asset accounting and inventory accounting
    • Standard costing and excellent written and verbal communication skills


Key Responsibilities:

  • Classification of Accounting, Key Accounting Concepts, and Fundamental Accounting Assumptions
  • Types of Accounts, Double Entry System, Journal Entries, Posting to Ledger, and Preparation of Trial Balance
  • Subsidiary Books, Rectification of Errors, Adjusting Entries, Bank & Balance Sheet Account Reconciliation, Inventory Valuation, and Fixed Assets
  • Preparation of Financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet & Cash flow), Ratio Analysis, and other related topics


Requirements:

  • Mandatory education: commerce graduates (BCom/BBA/MBA/MCom)
  • Mandatory experience: 1-5 years in finance and accounting
  • Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
  • Good problem-solving skills
  • Sound customer orientation
