Job Title: Risk Management Specialist

  • Audit teams conduct thorough assessments to ensure the effectiveness of risk and control processes across various business functions.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of credit processes, global transactions services, and other relevant areas to identify potential risks and implement corrective measures.
  • Evaluate the design and operating effectiveness of internal controls and develop targeted testing strategies to assess their robustness.
  • Effective execution of audit fieldwork involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing data, and presenting findings in a clear and concise manner.
  • Staying up-to-date on regulatory requirements, industry developments, and product enhancements is crucial for delivering high-quality audit services.

Key Requirements:

  • At least 12+ years of experience in auditing with a strong background in corporate credit processes and trade operations.
  • Expert knowledge of credit and trade products is essential for this role.
  • Familiarity with cash management, payments, and custodial services regulations is beneficial.
  • Reasonable knowledge of corporate banking application controls is required, as well as IT literacy.
  • Proficiency in APIs, data analytics, and risk-based auditing is desirable.
  • Working knowledge of core banking systems (e.g., Finacle), SWIFT, and digital payment systems is preferred.

Qualifications:

  • CA or full-time MBA in Finance from an accredited institution.
  • Professional certifications like ACAMS, CDCS, or CFE are highly valued.

Essential Skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and work under pressure with minimal supervision.
