About the Role:

Logitech is seeking a talented Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team in Chennai. As a key member of our audio embedded software engineering group, you will collaborate closely with the embedded software team to contribute to engineering validation during the early stages of product development. With full access to the design and product source code, you will play a crucial role in identifying weaknesses and proposing effective solutions. Your expertise in audio and wireless technologies will be invaluable in delivering innovative consumer electronics products that make a significant impact on people's lives.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the initial phases of product design, coordinating validation tasks in conjunction with the embedded software engineering team.
  • Enhance quality standards by identifying opportunities for product designs and process enhancements, collaborating closely with embedded software and system architects to integrate these improvements.
  • Collaborate effectively with the embedded software development team, providing timely and constructive feedback, and taking proactive initiatives to contribute to the overall success of the project.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in engineering validation, white box testing, and testing automation.
  • Proven track record in delivering consumer electronics products.
  • Fluent in programming languages C and Python.
  • Proficiency in software development management tools like JIRA and GitHub.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proficient in embedded software development tools and techniques.
  • Deep expertise in audio and wireless technologies.
