Embark is a leading provider of integrated Global Capability Center (GCC) solutions. We deliver strategic workplace design, fit-out execution, operations, and transformation services to global enterprise clients across India.

Job Summary

You will lead the end-to-end delivery of commercial interior fit-out projects for premium GCC clients in Bengaluru. This includes briefing and design coordination, on-site execution, final quality checks, and handover.

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead turnkey fit-out execution, including design interpretation, procurement alignment, site delivery management, commissioning, snag resolution, and client handover.
  • Prepare and control project plans, schedules, budgets, and resources. Maintain governance through change control and risk logs.
  • Coordinate internal and external stakeholders, including clients, designers, vendors, contractors, and regulatory authorities.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications, quality standards, HSE, and building codes.
  • Resolve technical or contractual challenges and oversee accurate documentation from RFIs to variation orders and handover dossiers.
  • Deliver structured stakeholder reporting and maintain transparency throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in architecture, civil engineering, construction management, or a related field.
  • 8-15 years of experience managing commercial or office interior fit-out projects, including high-value or GCC-related assignments.
  • Leadership experience of on-site teams and contractors, ideally with prior turnkey project experience.
  • PMP or PRINCE2 certification is preferred.
