Job Description

As a key member of our support team, you will be the single point of contact for our customers. Your role will be to respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate manner via phone, email or chat.

You will also be responsible for proactive outbound calling to build rapport with our customers, identifying their needs and requirements, and proposing suitable solutions quickly and efficiently by coordinating with cross-functional teams.

Furthermore, you will follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved, and build and maintain long-lasting relationships with existing customers.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in management, marketing, communication, or a similar field
  • Experience as a relationship manager, in customer service, or a similar role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM software and use of ticketing systems
  • Excellent written, verbal skills and interpersonal skills
  • Good conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multi-task and display patience when handling tough cases
