Job Overview

We are changing the way math is learned and are growing into a leading math education company, positively impacting students across 15+ countries.

We aim to eradicate Math Phobia globally, enabling our students to pursue careers in Stem Fields, Coding, Analytics, AI and more by ensuring their core math fundamentals are strong.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the team on the design process from concept exploration to implementation.
  • Use modern design tools and workflows, including emerging AI-assisted solutions, to accelerate ideation and prototyping.
  • Translate data insights into actionable design decisions.
  • Lead product design from start to finish.
  • Presents and communicates designs to build consensus around concepts.
  • Work effectively with other designers.
  • Partner with Engineering, Product, and Marketing teams for smooth design implementation.
  • Proven UI or visual design experience, with a portfolio showcasing human-centered design principles.
  • Make strategic design and user-experience decisions related to features, with an openness to adaptive experiences.
  • Proficient in Figma, Adobe XD, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator.
  • Experience in creating design assets for multi-platform products.
  • Comfortable experimenting with new design technologies, including usability testing and research tools.
  • Ownership mindset to manage projects and meet deliverables.
  • Strong structural design thinking skills.
