Identity and Access Management Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Identity and Access Management professional with expertise in IAM solutions and .NET technologies.

This role involves working on IAM implementations, access management, and application provisioning/de-provisioning, contributing to product development across the full lifecycle.

Key Requirements:
  • A degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 4–12 years of development experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM) tools and .NET technologies.
  • Mandatory experience in at least one IAM tool: Okta, SailPoint, Forgerock, Oracle Identity Management, or Microsoft Identity Manager.
  • Strong experience in .NET (C# or VB.NET) and SQL Server.
  • Knowledge of REST API and WCF is an advantage.
  • Understanding of product development lifecycle.
  • Solid knowledge of Identity Lifecycle, Access Management, and application provisioning/de-provisioning.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodology is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Azure and Active Directory; Azure AD experience is an added advantage.
  • Fluent communication and strong interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop, configure, and maintain IAM solutions and integrations.
  • Implement access management policies and workflows.
  • Design and maintain application provisioning/de-provisioning processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile environment.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve IAM and .NET application issues.
  • Ensure compliance with security standards and best practices.
