Job Purpose:

We are seeking an experienced engineer to manage and support Single Sign-On (SSO), authentication services, and enterprise identity infrastructure solutions.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Managing SSO infrastructure with cloud providers like OKTA and on-prem applications
  • Overseeing authentication mechanisms to ensure secure access and compliance
  • Maintaining and optimizing identity management systems including Active Directory, Azure AD, and Federation Services
  • Handling full account lifecycle management, coordination with HR and security systems
  • Supporting group management processes, access role definitions, and distribution/security group governance
  • Monitoring authentication systems for high availability, performance, and compliance
  • Troubleshooting and resolving identity-related incidents, including login failures, MFA issues, and access provisioning errors

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience managing SSO solutions and identity platforms in an enterprise environment
  • Proficiency in Active Directory, Azure AD, Group Policy, and Microsoft 365 identity services
  • Hands-on experience with SAML, OAuth2, OpenID Connect, and LDAP protocols
  • Familiarity with scripting languages like PowerShell for identity automation
