Lead ERP Finance Solutions Architect

They're hiring a Lead Architect to oversee Oracle ERP Finance solution design, configuration, and deployment.

The successful candidate will bring expertise in General Ledger, Subledger Accounting, and EPM integration, ensuring alignment with enterprise finance transformation standards.

This role involves:

  • Designing and delivering Oracle Fusion GL and Subledger Accounting processes.
  • Defining and enforcing solution architecture patterns for ERP–EPM integrations.
  • Overseeing the lifecycle delivery of requirements, design, configuration, testing, documentation, cutover, deployment, and hypercare support.
  • Partnering with Finance leadership to align technology capabilities with close, budgeting, and reporting cycles.
  • Providing architectural oversight for data flows, reconciliations, EDMCS governance, and reporting across ERP and EPM.
  • Leading design and oversight of integrations within Oracle ERP/EPM and with external platforms, ensuring secure, scalable, and resilient data flows.

Required skills include:

  • 12 -15 years of Oracle ERP/EPM experience with proven delivery of Fusion GL and Subledger Accounting modules.
  • Strong expertise in integrating General Ledger with ERP and EPM modules.
  • Deep understanding of finance business processes including GL close, sub-ledger accounting, reconciliations, consolidation, and reporting.
  • Outstanding leadership, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills with the ability to set direction and exercise sound judgment.

Prior experience with Oracle Certifications (ERP/EPM) and familiarity with cloud-native tools are preferred.
