Job Title: Compliance Specialist

Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Compliance Specialist to lead our ISO program from the ground up. This role involves managing audits, documentation, gap analyses, and client support.

The ideal candidate will have experience with R2v3, RIOS, ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 implementations, including running gap assessments, internal audits, and external audit prep. They must also be able to deliver clear, audit-ready documentation tailored for clients and guide them through closing audit gaps and building sustainable compliance systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage ISO program implementation from start to finish
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive audit plans and procedures
  • Conduct regular gap analyses and internal audits to identify areas for improvement
  • Prepare clients for external audits and provide support during the audit process
  • Deliver high-quality, audit-ready documentation to clients

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in compliance management or a related field
  • Proven track record of successful ISO implementations
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity software
