About the Role:

Data Stewardship is a critical function that involves overseeing the quality and integrity of data. As a Data Steward, you will be responsible for ensuring that data is accurate, complete, and consistent across all business units.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of data governance principles and practices, as well as experience with data management tools such as Informatica, Collibra, SAP, and Microsoft 365.

Key responsibilities include developing and implementing data quality processes, managing metadata, and providing training and support to stakeholders.

You will also be responsible for communicating with stakeholders to gather and address data requirements and feedback, developing valuation and quality measures, and sharing them across business units.

In addition, you will manage assets within DTUS (Data Technology Unified Services) and support lifecycle governance for SuccessFactors/HXM data.

To be successful in this role, you must have excellent problem-solving skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong attention to detail.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of data governance principles and practices
  • Experience with data management tools such as Informatica, Collibra, SAP, and Microsoft 365
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
