We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Dermatologist to join our Medical and Sciences team as an Associate/Medical Director.
About the RoleAs a key member of our team, you will provide medical expertise and leadership to assigned projects, working closely with clients and sponsors to deliver high-quality results.
- Develop and lead medical teams to ensure successful project delivery, providing expert guidance and support as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop clinical protocols, study designs, and regulatory documents, ensuring alignment with client needs and expectations.
- Conduct comprehensive medical reviews of adverse experience reports, summarizing data for submission to regulatory agencies and sponsors.
- Provide medical consultation and training to other Parexel colleagues, sharing knowledge and expertise to drive business growth and excellence.
- Participate in business development activities, supporting proposals and bid pursuits with medical expertise and leadership.
Requirements and Qualifications
To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must possess:
- A medical degree from an accredited institution and board certification in Dermatology.
- Proven experience in clinical research, preferably in industry or as a clinical trial investigator.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, sponsors, and cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.

Salary Information
The estimated annual salary for this role is $120,000-$150,000, based on location and experience.
