Job Title: Oracle HCM Functional Consultant

The primary goal of this key role is to drive digital adoption across the organization by overseeing a team of consultants and collaborating with business stakeholders, technology support teams, and implementation partners to ensure successful configuration, customization, testing, and deployment of Oracle HCM modules.

  1. Lead the end-to-end deployment, updating, and customization of all Oracle HCM modules globally.

This position is responsible for managing and leading the entire Oracle HCM implementation, updating, and modification process for all Oracle HCM modules. This includes stakeholder management, system configuration and customization, training, testing and quality assurance, change management, and continuous improvement.

  • Project Management: Oversee the entire Oracle HCM implementation, updating, and modification process for all Oracle HCM modules.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with vendors, consultants, and external partners to ensure the success of the implementation and resolve any technical or business-related issues.
  • System Configuration & Customization: Manage the configuration and customization of Oracle HCM modules according to business needs and best practices.
  • Training, Testing & Quality Assurance: Develop and deliver training materials and user guides, plan for pilots, testing, provide end-user training and support for HR professionals and other business users.
  • Change Management and Digital Adoption: Support organizational change management activities on tech adoption of HR and internal communication products.
  • Continuous Improvement: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of tech products post-implementation, identify opportunities for process improvements, and work with stakeholders to implement enhancements.
Requirements

This role requires:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Advanced degree or certifications (e.g., PMP, Oracle HCM certifications) are a plus.
  • Overall 12 to 15+ years of experience with experience in implementing HR Systems / Support Oracle HCM or other HRMS platforms.
  • Proven track record of managing end-to-end Oracle HCM implementations (across multiple modules).
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes and best practices, with a deep understanding of HR technology solutions and shared services function.
  • Experience in setting up HR analytics and insights function.
Skills and Qualifications

This role requires strong technical skills, including:

  • Experience with Oracle HCM implementation and Project Management.
  • Knowledge of Oracle HCM integration with other HR and enterprise systems.
  • High proficiency in excel, macro, and other report automation tools.
  • Strong knowledge of automation tools across HR lifecycle.
  • Familiarity with Gen AI tools.
  • Familiarity with data migration, testing, and validation within the SuccessFactors environment.
