Job Description

As a strategic partner to the executive leadership, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing organizational strategy. You will work closely with senior stakeholders to drive cross-functional initiatives, foster innovation, and growth.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience, with exposure to P&L management or strategic projects. A digital native with strong analytical skills and business acumen is required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement processes and systems that align with the company's digital-first vision.
Leadership Enablement:
  • Prepare executive presentations, communications, and reports for senior stakeholders.
  • Provide strategic insights and business cases for growth initiatives.
Organizational Culture & Communication:
  • Act as a cultural integrator, helping navigate nuances across teams.
  • Ensure clarity, transparency, and alignment in internal communication at all levels.
