High-Level Project Coordinator Role Summary

This position requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, BIM technology, and team leadership.

Job Description:

The High-Level Project Coordinator will oversee the successful execution of multiple BIM projects from inception to completion. This will involve developing comprehensive project plans, schedules, and workflows to optimize project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Project Management: Lead and manage multiple BIM projects concurrently, ensuring their successful execution from inception to completion.

  2. Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and workflows to optimize project delivery.

  3. Provide guidance and mentorship to project teams, ensuring they adhere to established BIM standards and methodologies.

  4. Proactively identify and address project-related challenges and issues. Handle QA/QC including Clash Co-ordination.

    • Attend client meetings to thoroughly understand their project requirements, provide updates on project progress, and promptly address any concerns or inquiries.

    • Collaborate with clients to ensure project deliverables meet or exceed their expectations.

Business Development:

  1. Actively participate in business meetings to contribute to the growth and expansion of our BIM services.

  2. Leverage your extensive industry experience to identify new business opportunities, develop proposals, and showcase our advanced BIM capabilities.

  3. Collaborate with the business development team to win and secure new projects.

Budget and Timeline Oversight:

  1. Exercise meticulous oversight of project budgets, expenses, and resource allocation to ensure projects remain financially viable.

  2. Implement cost-effective strategies without compromising project quality or client satisfaction.

  3. Maintain rigorous control over project timelines, taking prompt corrective actions to keep projects on schedule.

Best Practices Implementation:

  1. Establish and enforce industry-leading best practices in BIM project management, ensuring adherence to relevant industry standards and guidelines.

  2. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the BIM team.

  3. Stay abreast of the latest developments in BIM technology and methodologies and incorporate them into project workflows.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in BIM, Revit, AutoCAD, and BIM 360.

  • Strong project management skills, with ability to lead and manage multiple projects concurrently.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
