Job Description

We are seeking highly motivated and ambitious students or recent graduates to join our team as a GTM Intern. The successful candidate will play a key role in helping us drive business growth through lead generation, pipeline building, and sales development.

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting:
    • Research and build target customer lists across industries such as logistics, manufacturing, hospitality, and retail.
    • Identify decision-makers (CXOs, Directors, Heads of Ops) and collect verified contact information.
    • Qualify leads based on ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) criteria.
  • Outreach & Pipeline Building:
    • Execute outreach campaigns via phone, email, and calls.
    • Craft compelling first-touch messages that secure meetings.
    • Maintain and update CRM with pipeline activity.
  • Sales Development:
    • Shadow and support discovery calls with prospects.
    • Document customer pain points and map them to Twinamics' use cases.
    • Assist in preparing proposals, pilot plans, and follow-up emails.
  • GTM Collateral & Demos:
    • Help create sales decks, one-pagers, and case studies.
    • Support product demo sessions and take structured meeting notes.
  • Market & Account Intelligence:
    • Track competitors, industry news, and enterprise AI adoption trends.
    • Research key accounts to personalize outreach and positioning.
  • Metrics & Reporting:
    • Track weekly KPIs: outreach volume, meetings booked, conversion rates.
    • Prepare reports for the sales and GTM team on progress and insights.
