Operational Transformation Leader

Job Description:

As a seasoned transformation professional, you will lead the charge in optimizing business processes and driving digital innovation. Your expertise in process design, automation, and stakeholder engagement will be instrumental in delivering high-quality solutions that meet business objectives.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to define priorities and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Lead change initiatives and ensure smooth transitions to new processes and technologies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree/Master's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
  2. Minimum 7 years of experience in operational transformation, process designing/re-engineering, preferably as an Operational Excellence Champion.
  3. Exposure to digital transformation technologies such as RPA, AI/Gen AI, etc.
  4. Proven experience in a transformation role within the financial services industry, preferably in Fund Administration/Private Equity space.
  5. Strong understanding of operational strategy, operations, and process optimization.
  6. Expertise in automation technologies, digital tools, and innovation methodologies.
  7. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  8. Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results within tight deadlines.
  9. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  10. Proven track record of successfully delivering high-quality solutions in high-pressure environments using standard project management techniques and disciplines.
  11. Solid relationship building and stakeholder management.
  12. Experience in leading programs of work focusing on transformation efficiency.

Certifications:

  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification: Must have.
  • Project Administration (PMP): Good to have.
  • Digital Innovation: Basic working knowledge of RPA platforms and Data Analytics tools.
