Role Overview

As the Senior Director of Product Management for GSI partners at SolarWinds, you will lead the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for our global system integrator partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for GSI partners, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals and market opportunities.
  • Lead the product discovery, validation, and delivery processes for GSI solutions, leveraging data, customer feedback, and market research to inform product decisions.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver solutions that meet the needs and expectations of our GSI partners and their customers.
  • Manage and mentor a team of product managers, providing guidance, feedback, and coaching to help them grow and succeed.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key GSI partners, understanding their business objectives, challenges, and requirements.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance, usage, and feedback of GSI solutions, identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, business, or a related field.
  • 15+ years of product management experience in the software industry, with at least 5 years of experience in managing products for GSI partners or enterprise customers.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful and scalable products that meet the needs of GSI partners and their customers.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and inspire teams and stakeholders across the organization.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to use data and customer feedback to drive product outcomes.
  • Experience with agile product development methodologies and tools.
