Job Title: Director - Product Management

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Product Management to lead our internal business solutions team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for setting the overall strategic direction for our product initiatives, aligning them with our company's long-term goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Direction and Vision: Set the overall strategic direction for internal business solutions, aligning product initiatives with the company's long-term goals.
  • Team Leadership and Development: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Product Managers, setting clear goals, managing project loads, and ensuring staff have the resources and guidance needed to succeed.
  • Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary liaison between the product management team and other senior stakeholders within the company, ensuring excellent communication skills to manage expectations and implement organizational objectives.
  • Innovation and Improvement Oversight: Oversee the innovation and continuous improvement of internal tools and platforms, encouraging a culture of innovation within the team to explore and implement cutting-edge solutions.
  • Performance and Compliance Monitoring: Monitor and report on the performance of internal solutions against set objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring all product initiatives comply with legal and regulatory standards, as well as internal policies.
  • Budget and Resource Allocation: Manage the budget for product development initiatives, making strategic decisions about resource allocation to maximize return on investment.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven leadership skills with experience in managing diverse product management teams.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills to evaluate market trends, technological advancements, and business opportunities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with other leaders and stakeholders.
  • Experience in product lifecycle management, from conception through to delivery and iteration.
