Job Title: Governance Risk and Compliance Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) Specialist to lead the implementation of GRC frameworks for our clients.

This entry-level role is ideal for individuals starting their career in cyber security with a strong interest in governance, risk management, and compliance.

  • Develop and enhance GRC frameworks and policies.
  • Implement standards such as ISO 27001 and ISO 22301 to support client certifications.
  • Identify, assess, and manage risks across business units.
  • Understand and apply compliance requirements.
  • Conduct training sessions for client SPOCs and end-users on GRC topics.
  • Assist senior consultants in developing and enhancing the GRC framework.
  • Document information security policies and procedures per regulatory and framework requirements.
  • Help manage cyber security risks across various functions.
  • Stay updated on compliance standards and regulations.
  • Conduct awareness sessions on cyber security best practices.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in cyber security.
