Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow GRC Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow development, with experience in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) modules.

The developer will design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions for GRC processes, customize and configure GRC modules to meet business requirements, collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, and translate them into technical solutions.

The successful candidate will also develop and maintain ServiceNow applications, workflows, forms, and reports, implement integrations between ServiceNow and other systems, provide technical guidance and support to junior developers and end-users, participate in the software development lifecycle, stay updated on ServiceNow technologies, best practices, and industry trends.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 6+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer, 2+ years of experience in IRM/GRC module.
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification.
  • Experience with ServiceNow scripting languages such as JavaScript(Classic UI and Workspace), Glide, and Jelly.
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow development tools, including Studio and Flow Designer.
  • Good Experience in UI Builder and configuration in Workspaces.
  • Experience with Patching and Upgrade for IRM modules with understanding of latest updates of GRC/IRM module in store and release notes.
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow integration methods, including REST, SOAP, and MID Server.
