Sales Account Manager

We are seeking a proactive and client-focused Sales Account Manager with experience handling US clients to join our dynamic team.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and grow assigned customer accounts, driving revenue growth across international markets.
  • Build strong client relationships and serve as the main point of contact for customers.
  • Meet sales targets through upselling and cross-selling, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction, maintaining CRM records and providing regular sales reports.

Preferred Candidate Profile:
  • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales or account management.
  • Proven track record in handling US clients or international accounts.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and MS Office.
  • Ability to work flexible hours to align with US time zones when needed.
