Our team is seeking a Linux application support specialist to join our dynamic environment. This role will involve providing technical support for software production processing environments, including installing, maintaining and supporting applications and their components.

  • The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 to 7 years of experience in supporting Linux based applications and possess good working knowledge of Linux based application environments.
  • Basic knowledge of the Linux platform and experience with RDBMS databases are also essential.
  • The successful applicant will be able to assist development teams in requirements definition, system design and delivery of projects.
  • They will also verify technical specifications for development projects and provide technical assistance to programming staff.

Key skills and qualifications include:

  • Minimum of 4 to 7 years of proven experience in supporting Linux based applications.
  • Good working Knowledge of supporting Linux based application environments.
  • Basic knowledge of Linux platform
  • Experience of any RDBMS database
  • Adaptability and ability to work in a 24/7 environment.
