Job Title: Finance Manager - Operations Expert

 

About the Role:

The company is seeking a seasoned Finance Manager to lead and streamline financial processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with regulations.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily bank reconciliation processes, identify discrepancies, and ensure accurate transaction recording and reconciliation.
  • Manage taxation and compliance, ensuring timely filing of TDS and GST returns, monitoring tax liabilities, and maintaining government regulation compliance.
  • Handle vendor payment processing and reconciliation, maintain vendor records, negotiate payment terms, and ensure timely disbursal.
  • Conduct and manage SEZ-specific audit requirements, prepare documentation for internal and external audits, and ensure SEZ rule and regulation compliance.

 

Qualifications:

  • Mandatory CA qualification
  • Bachelor's/Master's in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience
  • Proficient in accounting tools and MS Excel
