About the Role

This isn't your typical finance role.

This is your seat at the war table — as the Strategic Finance Lead in the Founder's Office, you'll be the brain behind our numbers, models, and scaling strategy.

You'll work directly with the founder and leadership team to:

- Build vertical-specific valuation models
- Optimize gym P&Ls across regions
- Create investor-ready decks and stories
- Lead cost reduction across infra, tech, ops, and teams

Key Responsibilities

1. Investor-Level Business Modelling

- Build granular financial models for each vertical: Gyms, Amplify, Everyday, Reboot
- Forecast revenue, CAC, LTV, margins, EBIDTA, and runway
- Model profitability across cohorts, gyms, sq ft, and customers
- Scenario planning: mature markets vs new launches

2. Valuation & Fundraising

- Co-own valuation logic with the founder (bottom-up + market comps)
- Support investor decks, data rooms, and metrics for Seed to Series B
- Lead cohort analysis, retention metrics & GTM efficiency

3. Financial Operations & Cost Optimization

- Deep dive into cost structures: electricity, rentals, staffing, SaaS
- Identify leakages and fix bottlenecks proactively
- Drive profitability without slowing down growth

4. Vertical-Wise Financial Intelligence

- Build real-time MIS and dashboards (gym-wise & city-wise)
- Track KPIs: revenue/sq ft, trainer cost, churn, renewal %, ROI
- Drive business decisions using live financial insights

5. Banking, Treasury & Credit

- Structure credit lines and capital deployment plans
- Manage treasury across 7+ bank accounts, vendors & internal payments
- Ensure efficient capital allocation across verticals

What You Must Have

- 4–10 years in:
- Strategic Finance / FP&A at high-growth startups
- Investment Banking / PE / VC
- Founder's Office / Strategic Ops roles
- Mastery in Excel / GSheets modeling (valuation, projections, P&L)
- Data-driven, founder-style mindset with high velocity
- Strategic thinking with hands-on execution
- Ownership, accountability, and humility – you build, not just advise

Bonus (Not Mandatory, But a Plus)

- CA or MBA (IIM/ISB/XLRI or similar)
- Knowledge of SQL / PowerBI / Metabase / Looker
- Experience in multi-vertical startups (e.g., SaaS + D2C + offline)
- Built city-launch models, pricing experiments, or ROI calculators
