Sales Development Representative

About the Role:

Locus is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Development Representative to drive enterprise-level growth in the USA markets. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for leading outbound lead generation and revenue contribution in North America.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth in North America.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, planning, and preparation of presentations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Manage a database of leads in CRM (Salesforce) and efficiently process all opportunities, tracking, reporting, and maintaining them in the sales pipeline.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales development with a focus on North America.
  • Background in technology/SaaS outbound sales development.
  • Proficiency in English and excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficient in Salesforce CRM, MS Office, Google Suite, and Salesloft/Outreach.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change.
